Good morning! I went to the store 6.28.25. First if all they act like they didn't want to serve me. I asked for a medium ice coffee decaf. 3 cream and 1 butter pecan. I got medium ice coffee original blend. When I told the cashier my order was wrong, she's going to tell me that's what I order. I politely asked a refund. Again they act like they didn't want to serve me. I asked the cashier for the manager. And for the life of me, why is the manager working the drive thru window? They got my order wrong. I ordered a Sabrina strawberry drink and they gave me a strawberry dragonfruit drink and I told them that it was wrong. They took my drink and saw her adding something and stirred my drink and gave me back the same drink.
