I wish I can give them a 0 star because they made my strawberry refresher with lemonade so terrible. The lemonade was not in the drink they mix it with the water. The guy who works in the afternoon I was there at like 4pm. I always use my points because I use my app to order and he told me my points wasn’t working and I paid for my drink. The same day I went to the other store in Belvidere my points works for that drinks. He has no idea with all of this I don’t know how they do their costumer service. Good morning! I went to the store 6.28.25. First if all they act like they didn't want to serve me. I asked for a medium ice coffee decaf. 3 cream and 1 butter pecan. I got medium ice coffee original blend. When I told the cashier my order was wrong, she's going to tell me that's what I order. I politely asked a refund. Again they act like they didn't want to serve me. I asked the cashier for the manager. And for the life of me, why is the manager working the drive thru window?
