Every time I buy coffee at this store, the cup is only half full. At first I thought it was normal, but I've bought coffee at other stores and I can see the difference.
Charged me extra for a drink(rectified with two donuts ) then explained the difference of coffe and a latte I don’t know know anything about coffe or anything like that but I can understand that I talk fast but it’s okay to ask for clarification from a customer
Usually have a good experience. Not today, I was given the wrong flavor of a cold drink. Had it out with the person who took the order. Insisted I said the incorrect flavor. I informed her I don't even like the flavor and didn't know it came in that flavor because I've been ordering the same thing for years. So there's no point in looking at the menu. So, since she did not back down or apologize I will go to another DD.
Slow service always getting the items wrong, very unorganized
Julio give bad costumer service and has very bad attitude closes 20 minutes before the closing time.
