I Don’t know if it’s a new owner.. bUt the coffee sucks! Iced coffees are horrible it’s either tooo water down or tooo thick bitter strong to the taste. When you ask for caramel it’s like if they put water to save syrup not sure … its not good…
Worst ive ever been to. Order a latte they gave me milk ice no caramel and literarily 10% coffee. SMH THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, THEY ARE JUST DOING ANYTHING THERE. Burn my sandwich and said its not burnt even thought its visibly WAY over heated. 👎🏽

I place online order 10 minutes before get there I still have to wait after 3 minutes the lady ask me if 'm waiting for the order I give her my name and she give me only the ice coffee in other place when the order is ready they put in the online order there the customer have to ask for the order really ridiculous
