I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I experienced at this location. I walked in with only two customers ahead of me, and the store was not busy at all. Despite this, there was no acknowledgment from the employee at the counter—no greeting, no eye contact, nothing. When it was the customer in front of me’s turn, the employee turned away to help another employee with a gift card, which is fine, but he never said anything like, “One moment please,” or offered any explanation.
