Have never tried their food, but it never fails we try to get a hot decaf or half caf coffee and it’s barely luke warm. When we stop in the evening we don’t want caffeine, so we opt for decaf. if we ordered hot, we want hot. Also, a couple of times we stopped for an iced drink and get told they’re out of whatever we ordered. Once they even asked us to use regular water in the drink instead of sparkling because they were out of sparkling water. I think we’re going to go back to Biggby.
