Going through the drive-thru, I ordered a hot coffee with sweet cold foam. I was told that she couldn’t have it due to “Corporate policy”. Apparently, the customer isn’t “always right”. I cant always count on getting everything i ordered through the mobile ordering. Its hit and miss. They always have someone different working. I assume the turnover is high.

This location is always hit or miss. And the “miss” are so bad. Trying to give me flavored iced coffee with cream, instead of the signature iced latte, automatically putting lemonade on refreshers giving an up charge, 15 minute wait times. Unfortunately it’s the only one close to me.
