This has got to be the worst, slowest most lousy dunkin donuts branch. A total joke. 30 mins for donuts and coffee. Had to make our drinks 4 times because they can’t read a ticket. Dozens of customers waiting, fuming about the wasted time. Stay away from this place!!
The worst customer service i’ve ever experienced in my life. The guy taking our order was MUMBLING and I legit couldn’t understand what he was saying. Service was so slowwwww and the manger who was trying to “fix” the self order screen was so RUDE. Had the nerve to say no one take it out on the cashier dude. The manager was rude, couldn’t articulate anything and had the audacity to talk back at the customer. What kind of dunkin’s is this? Trash.

Siempre que viajo en familia hacemos parada en ese dunkin donuts y hoy tuve mal servicio mi orden no fue excelente y las empleadas estaban platicando mucho y tenían muchos clientes para atender incluso una de ellas hasta tiempo tuvo para pintarse los labios me fui insatisfecha
