Best Dunkin I’ve ever been to! Vacationing in the area & stopped by real quick with my two year old son. The sweet older gentleman that took my order showed us such kindness and love to me and my son. Made me feel like it was a mom and pop and not some chain. Quick serve, drinks made perfect. Thank you so much! Come out of your way to experience the awesome service!
Terrible Dunkin location. Older white guy (assuming owner) said to my face he wasn’t listening to me as I gave him my order. He then proceeded to take my friends order (an iced caramel latte) and ticket it as an iced latte with whipped cream. My friend noticed it had no caramel and went back inside to get caramel. He told his employees they need to make the drink correctly and his employee said he made what was on the ticket. And then he proceeded to tell his employee not to rely on him when he makes mistakes.
The cashier literally rolled her eyes at me. And filled my cup half way through
I always try to avoid going to this Dunkin. The last time I was there the older white lady (sorry, I didnt catch her name) was giving me a stink face, didnt greet me, and was just rude and uninterested in serving me. They always seem to have new people who dont know what to do. The older man seems pushy, and I have observed him being rude to employees. Overall not a good location.
Came here to order a iced matcha latte And I see that my drink is badly made, it only has milk, it doesn't even look green as it should or you can see the matcha, I'm literally drinking only milk i ask them for re do it but he was standing there sayin me se looks like that because i ask for less ice, What does ice have to do with my drink being white and not how it should look?
