Constantly it seems like this rude middle aged man who I would assume to be a higher position is constantly being passive aggressive towards customers and employees. In the middle of the day, the little kids are always out of control. Terrible atmosphere
if i could rate this establishment a -1 i would in a heartbeat. David (the main manger some old guy) is EXTREMELY rude to customers and his employees. He screams at them, he is extremely passive aggressive and the way he treats customers is like they are a pile of crap he stepped on. He throws the food around, he spills drinks all the time, and speaks to freely about his political beliefs, which is ENTIRELY inappropriate. My order for the last 3 days in a row has been WRONG, horrible service, missing paid items, overall horrendous.
Great coffee. Excellent customer service.
