I asked for croisand. They gave me a bagel hard as stone. Over Heated with the bacon and egg inside
This location seems to handle everything like a team with each member pulling their own weight when possible. Usually is chill and calm but this morning was a bit hectic even so I got my coffee but had to wait like 11 minutes then I finally spoke up like "hey, I didnt get my free hash browns" i showed them the receipt and they gave me the hash browns. But i gave them 5 stars all round because they were truly busy today and evertime i went their food was always on time and staff are alway polite.
The same 2 women behind the counter every time I go in take 3 minutes to even walk up to the counter, they help each other do the window and it’s the craziest mess I’ve ever seen holy cow dude where’s the manager
The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They provided great service and made the whole experience pleasant. I really appreciated their positive attitude and professionalism!
Received the wrong drinks through the drive-through came back inside to get the right drinks was speaking to a young lady that just stood there not saying anything to me two other ladies come over what’s wrong I said I’m speaking to this young lady and she’s not talking back to me. They both say oh she doesn’t speak English. She’s just the sandwich maker then one of the two ladies took my order again made it but what does an attitude I was like thank you I didn’t get no thank you the customer service sucks.
