Don't know what happening here but customer service is slipping and food taste plastic or old
Very poor service. 4 people 2 customers.
Uwually my order comes out wrong and they dont make it how it's shown in the picture. Today was the last draw, I went in to order and I stated: Loaded Hashbrowns, snackin bacon, mango refresher and Avocado toast with bacon bits. The refresher was missing the cold foam and they forgot to add my loaded hasbrowns claimed they never charged me for it but never showed the receipt nor asked me if I wanted it, this has happened to me too many times for me not to say anything. Dirty tables, slow to help. Not very communicative. Make staff member was rude to precious customer over not having certain drinks. The food was gross. We had to clean out own table. Having personal conversations while ignoring their work or doing a poor job at it. Sad it was like that and it was empty. They are the only location near medical facilities and could do great if they choose to, but they have a very bad work ethic and undeserved attitudes. I am so grateful that they are located here. Very convenient and rewarding especially after visiting a DR or dentist.
