I had a great experience at Dunkin’! The service was fast and friendly, and my order was made exactly the way I asked. The coffee was fresh, hot, and had the perfect flavor, and the donuts were soft and delicious. The staff seemed organized and kept the line moving quickly, which I really appreciated during a busy time. The store was clean and welcoming, making it a nice place to stop for a quick coffee or snack. Definitely one of my favorite spots when I need a reliable caffeine boost and a sweet treat. Highly recommend!
This place has gone down hill since switching owners or staff. They are slow and always have a line around the building. I always use the mobile app to order ahead but now you have to wait in the line so I don’t bother anymore.

Dunkin’ coffee is my favorite, and I used to stop by every morning on my way to work. However, after a terrible customer service experience at the drive-thru, I filed a complaint with the manager. Today, I ordered through the app and noticed the same lady I complained about surrounded by employees, who were loudly discussing me and staring. This felt like harassment.
