Never go here! Worst service, nothing was correct! Food was cold, drink was not what I ordered. Staff were rude when I asked for what I ordered.
I have pretty much become a regular at this location (you guys probably know me by now and I mean no disrespect) But service is up and down and I haven’t said anything until now I have just been quiet and tolerating different situations. Many times I clearly ask for an extra topping on a breakfast sandwich item and the person on the drive through audio acknowledges and I have also repeated the added topping to confirm yet, many times I have received my order completely wrong or something is missing. Their service was extraordinary. I love how fast they move the drive through. This is my number one choice of Dunkin.
I had a great experience at Dunkin’! The service was fast and friendly, and my order was made exactly the way I asked. The coffee was fresh, hot, and had the perfect flavor, and the donuts were soft and delicious. The staff seemed organized and kept the line moving quickly, which I really appreciated during a busy time. The store was clean and welcoming, making it a nice place to stop for a quick coffee or snack. Definitely one of my favorite spots when I need a reliable caffeine boost and a sweet treat. Highly recommend!
This place has gone down hill since switching owners or staff. They are slow and always have a line around the building. I always use the mobile app to order ahead but now you have to wait in the line so I don’t bother anymore.
