After mistakenly ordering a hot coffee (from a previous mobile order), the worker insisted on making an iced version when he could tell I was disappointed. I tried to take the hot coffee, because it was 100% my mistake and oversight. He refused, had me pull up to wait while he made me the drink I wanted (which he absolutely didn’t have to do). Depending upon the location, it's always best for me to go into the store vs drive-thru. Breakfast sandwiches are always high quality and priced great.
I ordered a 6$ meal deal. And they didnt want to give me the drink and hash downs. I had to purchase a second coffee and the wait was around 20min
Raj was amazing!!! He helped fixed my order on doordash because they didnt have the avocado toast on there! @dunkin FIX THIS ISSUE PLEASE! And give Raj a raise!!
