I don’t frequent this location, but I did today about noon and there was a line of people and numerous online orders coming through. The only issue was that there was 1 young man doing it ALL. Trying to keep up with the orders, trying to get customers out satisfied, just trying his best but noticeably overwhelmed. I’d have to say management really missed the mark with staffing, but kudos to that gentleman holding it down.
⸻ I stop at Dunkin’ almost every morning (or at least every other day), and while the service is always good, one person at the Monocacy location makes it truly great — Yogesh. She’s such a bright light every time I walk in! Always smiling, always friendly, never with an attitude no matter how busy it gets. She takes her time with people, even helping if you’re struggling with the app, and somehow still manages to juggle everything when the line is out the door.
