I used to not come here because my food would be burnt, but quality has changed over the last year for the better!
About two weeks ago, I had a big order at Dunkin’ and was honestly a little embarrassed walking in with so much to order. But Kara and Bri were absolutely amazing! They made me feel so comfortable, reassured me it was totally fine, and were just so kind throughout the whole process. One of the drinks accidentally fell, and they handled it with so much grace cleaned it up quickly, made a new one right away, and never made me feel bad about it. Drive-thru print on outdoor menu is too small, and the menu is not 100% accurate. The jelly donut I received was covered in granules of white cain sugar as opposed to the picture of the powered sugar jelly donut on the menu. Drive thru lady crumpled and disposed of my receipt and closed the window and quickly turned around before I could ask for my receipt. Only thing that was great was the lady at the drive thru. She was friendly. However, the guy at the window didn’t hand me all my food at first. My bagel was cold and barely had cream cheese on it. The old fashion donuts were not frosted and dry. They tasted like a cake donut and not traditional.
