Matthew took care of us today. National coffee day! Had an issue with my online app order and he handled the situation efficiently. Made my day, coffee is life! You Rock Matthew!
I ordered 2 hot coffees and sandwiches to go. They put it in a tray, hand it to me. I put it next to me and it spilled. All because they did not press down the lid. Now my car smells like coffee. I informed them and they didn’t even apologize. Rude people.
I am confused isn’t the first day of training include - so not put donut in bag upside down?
Always good coffee.
