3 stars because what's going wrong in the is not the employees' fault, they're doing great. But the quality and size of donuts at Dunkin' has plummeted, while prices have skyrocketed, which makes the twenty-ish minute average wait time here hard to rationalize. (Store is popular but tiny and inconveniently located for drive thru, so lines are long) But the store is clean and the staff are hard working, so they got 5 stars.
I love this place!! I always get a caramel creme freeze and I like their breakfast menu. They have a $5 deal that's great for any budget!! Service is always excellent and am provided with great customer service every time! Dunkin is my new favorite place to get my coffee fixings!!
