I don’t even want to give the service a 1 star. Customer service sucks.
They were super busy so I tried to be patient. Ordered 2 donuts and a hot pistachio coffee and 3 or 4 people who ordered after me got their orders first. Got my sons their donuts but waited forever just for a coffee. Coffee was unfortunately too sweet but wasn't given the option of how many sugars and creams to add. Will be vigilant to deliberately ask for less sugar next time. Love the place though!
I don’t even want to give the service a 1 star. She was rude and charged me for a pup cup. Every other place I’ve been too as well as Dunkin' doesn’t charge. That’s not what made me rate this so low, it was really bad customer service.
