7.1.26 remodeling won't help with no toliet paper in the bathroom. No hand napkins there either. Service is a crawl. No serse of urgency.. not enough help. A disgrace to the Dunkin Donut store name empire nationwide. Donuts not fresh hard like yesterday's. Selection poor. I'd pull the franchisees license. I don't see an owner there. The donuts refresh we went through the drive-thru the service was good. We love their new peppery sandwich for breakfast
The refreshers and bagel bits were amazing but their donuts were old and gross. The Bavarian cream was almost clear gel. Not even their cake donuts were good. Very disappointing doughnuts 🫣
Worst service I've had and they hardly ever have munchkins or donuts made. When I was charged for donuts but my order wasnt there they said sorry to bad cant help. Won't go back
Im the only person in line and I can see their lobby, they ain't busy but yet im waiting for over 5 minutes for them to take my order..... unacceptable! Last resort when Dutch Bros and Starbucks are too busy but wont be coming here anymore due to their lack of customer service! Not just today but several other times
