I love the morning crew. Great friendly personable staff. Even in their fast-paced environment they still take the time to make their guests, feel welcome and appreciated, more than just a customer.
I was very disappointed with the food and customer service. Food was cold, coffee cold. Talk to manager not very sympathetic

On Sunday, May 11th around 9:30 AM, I visited the Dunkin’ Donuts on Wheeler Road in Augusta, GA to order donuts and coffee for my wife as a Mother’s Day treat. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The service was unprofessional and frustrating. The shift leader had one of the employees take my order, and she repeatedly got it wrong.
