I travel about every other week. This was not only the friendliest DD I have ever been to, but as far as airport hospitality, they were great. Every other vendor in the airport should take lessons.
I just had to take a moment to share my experience at Dunkin’ Donuts on concourse T, particularly with one exceptional employee. Although I don’t know her name, I always recognize her because she’s a tall, slim African-American girl who wears glasses and has a deep New York accent. From placing order to receiving order, it took about 30 minutes. Aside from one gentleman who arrived about 20 minutes into my wait, the staff had zero sense of urgency. If you need to pass time waiting for a flight, then this might be your place. But if you’d like to get coffee within a few minutes of ordering it, then I would pass.
