Decided to try dunkin donuts since we don't have any where I live. I wish I didn't decide to go here. I got the pumpkin chai and it was horrible!!! Wish I had just went to Starbucks instead.
I was extremely overwhelmed by the immediate welcome and hospitality upon entering the Dunkin' located in Concourse B. The patience, smiles, and warmth by Jessica F. made our travels so much more positive. Thank you so much Jessica!!!
I spent $20-30 here during my layover. Most employees including the manager are very careless with customers, they miss items and ignore you when you ask for them. Very unprofessional staff members here.
