I made a Mobile order on Friday March 13th. Out of doughnuts I wanted so they gave me some that were not fresh ones. Ordered caramel craze latte and a caramel craze latte frozen….. they literally forgot the coffee. We drank milk with caramel and cinnamon. I will NEVER go back and wish I could get a refund!
They are always short staffed and not once has my order been correct.
The worker named Dion was extremely helpful and courteous! This worker deserves a Pay Raise!
The workers were not efficient when working or helping us and other customers. It was a waste of time and money to come and our order was ignored. People who arrived after us were out before us and received their items before as well.
Shame on Dunkin’ for not paying their employees enough. They were short staffed and the demand is very high: dine in customers, mobile orders, drive thru with only TWO employees! I wouldn’t want to work here either without enough support! I bet they can’t staff because they aren’t paying enough for how busy this place is! I don’t blame the employees at all. The service was as good as it could be for a star employee and a trainee. Poor management is what’s happening here. I won’t be coming back.
