Most times it’s fine, but drinks are consistently under the quality of a real Dunkin. On the ordering kiosks only some drinks allow modifications, so it’s best to try and order from the cashier for edits. One time they refused to take my order at the counter, and I put my edit as my name since it prints with the ticket and they just called out the whole modification and didn’t make it the requested way.
