This location really lacks customer service and a sense of urgency… the manager is the worst of them all. Serving cold and terrible food and saying “ you get what you get” definitely WILL NOT come back again. Avoid this location at all costs.
I understand that customer service work is difficult, but if the store opens at 7am, donuts are already out staling, and I see workers actively avoid eye contact of the 4 people standing outside at 7:30 by hiding away to the back, I don't feel respected at this establishment. Secondly, although I understand working at a Dunkin Donuts may be less than ideal for some, it is still a job that requires some customer care. They dont take giftcards...
They need to offer mobile ordering. The building is very small for a Dunkin and the some of the staff is very rude while others are very nice. It is in the same building as the Jimmy John’s also. I wanted to order at the cashier, but they got annoyed at me and said to order at the kiosk even though the kiosk did not have the menu item I wanted to order...
