The peanuts in my Carmel sundae were like pieces of plastic. The Carmel was as hard as taffy. Wasn't hot at all

I went here to get a match and a grilled cheese and they didn’t even make the matcha right. It doesn’t even look green and doesn’t taste like they even put matcha in there. And for my order or a grilled cheese and some munchkins they didn’t even bag them properly note gave me any type of bag. Overall I wouldn’t go to this location.
