This locations turns away LGBTQ+ customers. I refuse to spend my money in places where my community isn't welcome.
I go to this Dunkin daily only for the convenience. Not for the service. It came to my attention that workers at this location are turning away paying customers based on their intolerance of the LGBTQ community. And I’m repulsed. I will go out of my way to never go to this location again. Maybe I’ll be happier with a coffee that is actually what I ordered. Worst Dunkin hands down.
Donut case was dirty, atmosphere was not inviting. Customer service was not friendly. Will not come here again.
The person in the morning shift on 06/03/26 was very rude we waited in line and the machine said come to register when we went he didn't want to take our order because he said we didn't put it in the machine and told us to leave very rude guy
I just left this location for the last time. My order is always incorrect. Today, my raisin cinnamon bagel/w cream cheese was clearly stale. I asked for it to be toasted and it wasn’t. It was not edible. My previous drive thru visit, they gave me the wrong hot Caramel coffee which is a common mistake. It was not hot and definitely not Caramel.
