This is more of a PSA to anyone riding a bus, but definitely do not go here if you only have a 20-30 minute break. I just ordered a sandwich and a coffee. The coffee came out in about 5 minutes, but then I waited 20 more minutes for my sandwich, saw that my bus driver was about to pull out, and had to leave without my food. I usually wouldn’t review bomb a Dunkin Donuts lol but now I’m gonna hungry for 5 hours and almost missed my bus. I have an order that I place every time. Latte with oat milk. Placed order and gave it to me with regular milk. Then argued with me that I didn’t say oat milk.
When I ordered an iced latte today, they gave me a cold milk, and when I asked for them to make it again or just add a bit of coffee, they refused and told me to purchase an espresso. Horrible drink and even worst customer service!
