i had half an hour for breakfast: plenty of time. i ordered at the screen, thinking it would be quicker, and waited for my strawberry donut. after 15 minutes, with everyone else getting their orders except me, i started to worry. i asked an employee, who just told me to wait my turn. five more minutes passed, and since i had to leave soon, i asked another employee. this time, they finally handed me the donut and apologized. apparently, if you order just a donut from the display, they don’t get notified. the donut itself was ... read more
These guys need plenty of training to know how to talk and service the”costumers” properly. What a disappointment and waste of time and money
There were four people standing on the other side of the counter and not one of them was able to take an order. This is the bottom of it all.
Bought a dozen donuts from here. They were not fresh. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good donuts
Convenient location but no other good things otherwise. Latte was made as a cold brew, toast was leathery, and order came out incorrect. Just go somewhere else.
