Big shout out to this Dunkin’ Donuts. Their cappuccino is outstanding. They really know how to make it. Every time I come here, the staff is super polite, smiling, and always makes you feel like they’re happy to see you. Very impressive and makes me want to keep coming back. Keep it up STAFF and hiring manager. Keep doing what you’re doing.
I tried going to this Dunkin like 5 times and every. single. time. the employees have been extremely rude. So rude that I will never go back. To be treated so rudely for no reason is ridiculous, I really can’t believe that grown adults are acting like that at their job.
I tell ya, you just can't beat em.
I just wanna say, all the staff who serve me here do an amazing job. There is however, just one server here who always makes my order down to the T, the best way to start my day out. Her name is Emily. I learned that cuz I've been going here for a while and I literally value my interaction with her that much. As a neurodivergent person it's key to have consistency in my days, and even tho my usual order is fairly simple and hard to mess up universally, I take notice when someone knows what they're doing when they make it.
