There's another Dunkin down the road. Don't go. To this onel. The one lady who is always there is really rude and got my whole order wrong. Missed a whole sandwich, and somehow made a coffee when I ordered a chai tea. It's not only her, I asked 3 different people for a receipt and they didn't even look at me and ignored everything I said. They also never give me decaff when I ask for it. I personally don't have health issues (I just want to be able to sleep) but there are people who cant have caffeine and if they order here ... read more
I ordered two sandwiches and one came out correctly, the other they replaced the bread which is normally no issue. However, it was cold and the cheese was cold and missing the egg. I made a mobile order so I looked back to make sure it wasn't what I ordered. The person at the window did not inform me of the changes as they normally do at other locations.
Big shout out to this Dunkin’ Donuts. Their cappuccino is outstanding. They really know how to make it. Every time I come here, the staff is super polite, smiling, and always makes you feel like they’re happy to see you. Very impressive and makes me want to keep coming back. Keep it up STAFF and hiring manager. Keep doing what you’re doing.
