They desperately need to hire more employees. There were only two staff members on duty, and there was a long line outside and inside. My drink was made incorrectly THREE times. They kept adding regular sugar instead of liquid cane and never mixed the syrup with the cream, resulting in a syrupy flavor at the bottom. The young lady who made it had an attitude about having to remake it, and I can’t blame her; they’re clearly overworked and underpaid. The saddest part is that I didn’t see any managers. Trinity is a very independent worker and is very sweet to every customer with a big smile on her face I ordered a latte and I order 3 sandwiches and she brought them out to me within 4-5 minutes . I’ve never had faster service thank you Trinity ~xoxo your favorite customer
