I've been waiting 30in for my black coffee. I ordered it over the Great Wolf Lodge App. They are so extremely slow and don't seem to care.
Only had 4 options for food. Ended up getting grill cheese sandwiches for kids. $5 each for a basic sandwich with cheese in the middle that wasn’t melted and even worse cold. We specifically asked for toasted grill cheese sandwiches. Asked for sugar in tea, tea arrived with 0 sugar. Super long wait and terrible service and terrible food. Eat somewhere else

food was burnt and bad, they didn't add our avacodo spread we paid for, donuts were stale, super busy and long wait, very hectic
