I really hate that I have to change my rating but Dunkind has been really messing up lately especially in the delivery arena and today when I tried to let them know about a mistake they made they wouldn't even compensate for it very disappointed I've been going to Dunkin for years
My visit to this Dunkin has been one of the worst ones I have ever had. The coffee I ordered was terrible. Additionally, had ordered 6 different items in my order and the shop basically did not provide 2 of the order items. Given there is another Dunkin half a mile down the road, I would recommend choosing the other one.
I’ve had missing items a few times here. Today the donut was missing when I went to pick up and the latte I ordered was made with the wrong syrup. She insisted it wasn’t, but it was coconut when I ordered caramel. Photo of their donut attached. Was supposed to be strawberry frosted, but where’s the strawberry?
