I really like this cafe. The experience is always good, Alexandra always has a smile and is in a good mood; she's the soul of this Dunkin'.
This whole establishment is terrible. I tried Cleveland circle, rude, untimely, priorized inquiries based on skin color or clothing. On top of all that it was nasty. Went to this location after ordering online, going to cafe Nero around the corner bc Dunkin doesn't have chocolate muffins . I went there waited in a much busier place, no online order. Needing to come back with an update: since my last review four days ago, the two sandwiches I've had from this location have been on the correct bagel (good job!), but those bagels have been untoasted, the egg has been lukewarm at best, and the bacon--which was always wispy and clearly discounted from a vendor of ill repute--has grown thinner still. Worse, I'm unsure if whoever they have on the oven is ignoring my request (and payment) for "extra bacon," or if they're fulfilling it and their portions are Just That Meagre. Do... read more
I walked in, the lady that took my order was very nice and kind. I went off to the side to wait for my order and went on my phone. I went on my phone and was focused texting someone. I don’t notice the lady calling out the my order , as i notice i walk over to her and as i try to apologize while approaching she yells out the order aggressively with much attitude.
