Awful. The guy who is usually at the register is rude, dismissive and lacking good customer service. Place is filthy. Looks as though it has not been cleaned in months. Several other things to say, I’ll stop here.
I typically place a mobile order so I'm in and out within seconds. Last time I went I was craving ice cream so I ordered a few scoops to go. When I got home you could tell the quality of Baskin Robbins I've cream has gone down. It was obviously Frozen, thawed and then refrozen. Totally inedible. I was more upset with throwing away like $10 worth of ice cream than I was at them giving me the wrong flavors as I wasn't going to eat it anyways. This location is ridiculous. I wanted a coffee that’s $3 but the parking option is only $7 for a hour or $15 for the day. End result I didn’t get a coffee and I will not be returning this Location until the get the parking situated.
