It’s a Sunday morning tradition for us to go to Dunkin with our little kids and enjoy breakfast. At first the girl taking our order in drive thru was very nice. My 5 year old ordered some chocolate munchkins. Obviously she needed to wash her hands after she was done eating. She pushed the lever to dispense the hand soap and the cover to the hand soap dispenser came flying down and hit her in the forehead. I went to the first customer service person I saw, Tommy, and let him know what happened. He gave me the biggest smile ever and said, "Okay."
