Best experience yet! Had an issue with a drink through the drive thru, went inside and just asked for it to be remade. Employee went out of her way to make sure everything was right this time, and also told me i could do this survey. Caitlin was a huge help! Thanks!
Amazing customer service. I couldn't add whipped cream on my drink through Uber eats, but with calling them up they happily accommodated. Drink and food was really good and fresh!
Well this has been on my mind since April 9th when my daughter son-in-law and myself went thru the drive thru and existing going in front of the store we were given the middle finger from the employee Brianna and the other employee standing right next to her called manager said he would look into it. My mother and I have been going here quite a bit since we moved down to Florida, enough some employees know us. Being New Englanders dunkin is huge to us and this has always been the most consistent store in the area in our experience. This morning we visited this location for breakfast and as always we put a mobile order in. I’ve never had a good item from there. I rarely go for this reason, but even getting things remade, they always mess it up to the point where it’s inedible.They always give out the wrong items or just find a way make your drink into the worst thing you’ve tasted.
