Worst Dunkin ever. I waited 25 minutes in-store for a simple small hot chamomile tea. It literally only requires hot water and a tea bag. No preparation. How does that take 25 minutes?! The drive through line was backed up almost to the street which is why I came inside instead (also, if you get into the drive-thru line, there's literally no way to get out if you decide you want to leave because it's taking forever. Five stars for quality! The service was a bit slower than the fast pace I'm used to back in the Northeast, but I quickly realized why: they dedicate the extra time to ensure the food is top quality. Seriously, they made me the best breakfast sandwich I've ever gotten from a Dunkin' because they took the effort to properly toast it. A superb job and well worth the stop!
It was dirty and it took 15 minutes to get only a drink.... after being rudely directed to the correct waiting area and waiting for them to take my order also took like 10 minutes. 25 minutes for a coffee drink
I've been going to this Dunkin for the last 5 years and the only reason I continue to go to this location is because it's the closest to my house. The service is slow and apathetic, what you get in your order is unpredictable at best, and the building (inside and outside) is not taken care of. Broken glass, never any napkins (ever), sometimes locked sometimes not, missing face of the exit sign at the drive thru, I could go on.
