The older bearded gentleman was the best
It shouldn’t be this hard, 3 items. A large water, a plain doughnut and a large pistachio ice coffee. We were handed a regular iced coffee. When asked about the pistachio. She walked back to the back. Took the ticket off and handed it back to us. We drove off. We would have been in the wrong if we threw it back and drove off.
I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this Dunkin’ Donuts, but today was the worst. The employee (an Indian lady) was incredibly rude and dismissive, showing no regard for customer service. Every time I visit, she is unpleasant and unprofessional. It’s disappointing because I enjoy Dunkin’, but the poor service at this location makes me want to take my business elsewhere. Management needs to address this issue because no customer should be treated this way.
