Rude always
I've been coming to this Dunkin' once a week (sometimes more) for years. I'm finally deciding to say something. they don't know how to make coffee. cold brew- bitter not enough cold foam vanilla latte- simple right? what I got? straight up milk and vanilla. UNDRINKABLE. does this even look like coffee to you?
