Went to this location on New Year’s Day,Ordered 4 drinks. Everyone tasted their drinks when we got home and they all tasted like soap and were undrinkable . I reached out to customer service, provided a copy of the receipt as they requested. After not hearing for them for over a week they reached out to let me know they adjusted my account by 300 points. Which is essentially 1 free donut.
I want to give a shout-out to the staff at this Dunkin’ location for their exceptional customer service. Brenda went above and beyond!
