Do not order from this place: they do not know what curbside means! Ordered my order via the app, parked into a nearby stall (because the designated pickup one was used for parking) and waited. I had somethings to take care of, but realized it had been twenty minutes. Walked in, and saw one of the young female employees turn away and start walking to the back. Best Dunkin’
Depending on the day shift, this store is horrible or amazing. I've now been there a couple of times and see that pattern. The staff in the early shift lacks any professionalism in customer care and order prep. Even a wannabe manager started complaining about customers in front of other customers and yelling through the store while blocking the reserved customer parking lot. Amazing customer care attitude.
