This store must be under new management! I switched here from Starbucks because I preferred the coffee but…………. Service is terrible you wait in the drive through for at least 10 minutes waiting to take your order. The last two times I’ve been getting 3/4 of a cup of large hot latte! Wasn’t always like that - this is all fairly recent!!
The inside of the place is absolutely filthy! The bathroom was DISGUSTING!!! Toilet looks like it had never been cleaned ... trash can over flowing with feminine hygiene products. The floor, walls and glass doors were covered in smudges and greasy hand prints. I got my coffee in the drive through but my child needed to use the restroom before we got back on the road so we went inside... seeing the inside made me not even want my coffee anymore!! 🤢🤮🤮🤮
I went to Dunkin today, September 4, 2026. First, they forgot the munchkins I had ordered so I had to go back through the drive-thru and get them. They were great on getting them. I got home and tried my coffee and it was not made right whatsoever ( I get the same order every time). Then I opened mine and my mom’s bagels and they were burned so much that it was like trying to chew on rubber. I go to Dunkin’ Donuts tonight. I pull up to drive-through order order my frozen coffee at 6:08 PM and was in line waiting for my coffee until 621 and there was one car in front of me. Nobody inside and I asked the lady why did my coffee take 15 minutes she says well we’re kind of busy inside. The service is getting worse and worse at that Dunkin’ Donuts every time I go there I have to wait forever in line to get my coffee. The waiting time is horrible.
