The young girl with the glasses just is rude and hates her job she got my order wrong and gave me stale doughnuts when I asked if they were still fresh. Like why lie. Just tell me no would of saved me money instead of giving me stale doughnuts. She slopped together my coffee as well. Guess I'm thankful simpsonville opened a Starbucks I'll drive the extra 10 minutes for nicer staff and better quality service
Inconsistent coffee, rude staff.
Stopped in an got a hot coffee an a breakfast sandwich the coffee was excellent now that sandwich could have spent a little more time in the microwave the out side of the sandwich was warm but the middle was cold the bacon on it was the only part of worth eating then they have enough nerve to put a tip cup outside the drive thru window as if I'm gonna rip them for a bad cooked sandwich that's my last visit
Absolutely the rudest workers ever! Also they really don’t wanna give refunds so I think I will call the BBB. This is ridiculous. I pull up they have none of my stuff. I ask for refund they say they can’t….. called the manager and he seems like he might also be the issue. Do not recommend. There are way better places to spend your money. DO NOT GO HERE.
