New to Shelbyville area and I tried back in spring to order a few dozen for work on Saturday morning. The doughnuts were stale, cold, and icing was falling off the sides. Nothing like any other Dunkin I’ve experienced. Then my husband went today to get some for our kids and the doughnuts were stale again, looked like someone had flattened them, and the icing was hardly noticeable on the sprinkled ones we got. Service was fast and friendly. The Chipotle wrap is outstanding!
Quick drive thru trip for coffee and donuts, nothing exceptional.
The coffee is a hit or miss. My bagel bites the last couple of times ive went have been either cold or hard.
The past couple times we have gone to the Shelbyville DD the donuts have tasted like day old donuts. Stale, dry and lacking filling. Very disappointing.
