Unfortunately this Dunkin is just hit or miss. No consistency at all, from orders & customer service.
Genuinely got charged for 2 dozen munchkins and then got told they didnt have any left and the rude lady offered us "4 donuts" and another employee tried to give us a dozen for our troubles but she started yelling at him😭
Keep up the awesome work ladies!
Wrong order, poor customer service, and an uncomfortable experience overall. While I was explaining that my order was incorrect, another employee interrupted and accused me of saying something I never said. The interaction felt disrespectful and left me feeling unwelcome. Hopefully management can improve staff training and customer service .
