Horrible food. Cold. Hash browns taste like chemicals. Turkey and egg on everything bagle was served cold and hard. Horrible. Horrible. They must be closed out and replaced with a different cofe please.
Don't expect a quick service here, and maybe expect to be forgotten after four fresh orders were taken ahead of you. The staff are not trained to be time sensitive nor hold any consideration about the customers.
Long queue - little movement. Organisation could be improved to be more efficient and customer friendly.
The employees in the evening (10th of March) couldn’t care less, didn’t care to explain the products on the counter and made mistakes while saying what is what. And despite this, the donuts were not fresh…
Incredibly rude employees tonight 2/19/26. Ordered an iced latte and the employee basically poured a cup of milk. She also refused to make it better and walked away. I left my drink on the counter and walked away. Forwarding this to Dunkin’ customer service.
