Never been to one so bad and so extremely slow and not trained on the equipment. No one one how to work the machines, then both people were making the same drink, remaking, then just standing there. No one taking orders. No one at the register. Then just blank staring off into space. Just wanted a donut, after ten min being 3rd in line with no movement or care from staff, everyone in line bailed out.

Rude staff who rolled eyes when you thanked them. The donuts were dry and stale. The coffee is too watery. Far from the Dunkin standard. Avoid at all costs.

Limited selection. The food tasted like cleaning chemicals. Didn’t feel safe eating it.

Man what an experience that was. Ordered our drinks and food, drinks came out great, but it seemed like the 2 employees making the food got lost in the sauce. They got slower and slower just looking at the screen for what to make next, while customers are coming up saying they’re not getting what they ordered. At some point while we were waiting, a bun caught on fire in the bun toaster, and the 2 employees did nothing about it, just kept being lost in the sauce.
