How is the taco shop open before you to serve breakfast? That's your only thing. Sign on the wall says open at 5. At 5:15 they're in there setting things up telling people they don't open till 6. What's the point of operating in an airport if you're not going to work airport hours as you upcharge all your regular items
I ordered a black pepper sandwich with NO CHEESE (cheese allergy) and was served one with cheese. Thankfully I opened it up before taking a bite
Coffee is very weak!!!
Never been to one so bad and so extremely slow and not trained on the equipment. No one one how to work the machines, then both people were making the same drink, remaking, then just standing there. No one taking orders. No one at the register. Then just blank staring off into space. Just wanted a donut, after ten min being 3rd in line with no movement or care from staff, everyone in line bailed out.
Rude staff who rolled eyes when you thanked them. The donuts were dry and stale. The coffee is too watery. Far from the Dunkin standard. Avoid at all costs.
