Pretty decent coffee house. Still find Scooter's Coffee better, but Dunkin coffee is good too.
The employee PK makes the best drinks and resolved my issue when I had an inconvenience at another Dunkin’ Donuts location. He offers great customer service and is very understanding.
I asked for a Green Tea. The guy at the window hands me a regular Iced Tea. I told him that is not the Green Tea I usually get, he said it’s Green Tea. I pulled up my app and said it’s the Match Green Tea. He said I’d have to repay for it even though I just paid for a regular iced tea I did not order. I had a coupon so it would have been the same price I just paid for the regular tea.
They are my favorite because they sometimes give me free donuts
