I went to the drive thru this morning around 7:15, I placed mu usual order of a large mango pineapple refresher with less ice. The order was repeated as a large mango pineapple refresher. When I asked again for less ice ice, I was told no it will ruin the recipe. Less ice is literally an option in the mobile app. If this is the type of establishment that allows the staff to openly lie to customers it's the type of establishment I won't return to.
I just had one uneasy experience. Everyone else though is nice. They make my coffee perfect! I don't feel comfortable going back there though because of that one person! They should have fired her by now.

Weekend crew is pretty bad. I almost always have to ask for all of my order because they only give me half. Weekday crew is great!! Slow sometimes but it’s not their fault because they don’t have enough people.
