I’ve never had any issues here before, but their customer service is awful. I politely asked for a drink to be remade (that was made incorrectly) and what I’m assuming was the owner was very rude about it. He said he remade it but I’m pretty sure he just added syrup and handed me back the same drink.
I just went in here on Wednesday, April 23rd and got fabulous service. I told a girl with blonde hair to please make sure I get light ice and when she saw the first one that was prepared was not light ice, she remade it for me and it's absolutely perfect and delicious. My hash browns are a bit of a mess and falling apart but they're still really good. Overall, i'm thankful for the service, drink and food. Thanks!
