Don’t come here . This short guy with glasses just ran my card for two donuts for 6 dollars . He shouldn’t be working there if he can’t stand any kind of pressure .
The coffee is perfect as always, but paying for extra bacon on a sandwich somehow nets you less bacon than what is standard. Odd.
Very disappointing experience. I went through the drive-thru and didn’t realize until I got home that my order was incomplete. I called the store right away, but the employee I spoke with wasn’t helpful and said they couldn’t issue a refund over the phone. There was also no manager on duty to address the issue. The only solution offered was for me to drive back to the store to pick up the missing items, which completely defeats the purpose of using the drive-thru in the first place. Order is always wrong or they are out of certain donuts. They just forgot to give my wife a $6 coffee I ordered. Going to another location that I sent run by bafoons from now on.
