Had the most pleasant interaction with a worker named kameron, he was super respectful and kind and helped me figure out what I needed/wanted, I highly recommend him !!
There are a bunch of teenagers/young adults working so be prepared to have your order wrong and staff not care. I placed an online order, they initially gave me the wrong munchkins and I got weird looks when asked for the right items. My breakfast wraps have American cheese, not white cheddar as selected, and the coffee doesn’t taste right. My bagel bites were hot while the wraps and hash browns were cold. Go to a different Dunkin or even Starbucks for better service and food
Keep Jillian (hope I️ spelled it correctly) on order taking lol! Love her personality, she was amazing this morning, left her a tip today :) Had a hectic morning especially with it being the first day of school and she definitely brightened up my day! Great Job
Donuts placed in bag with frosting against bag and nothing to separate each donut
We opened the box of donuts and it was like they had dropped it as half of them were stuck to the top. The chocolate glaze had no glaze on it and my dunkalatte was very watered down for being an expresso.
