The coffee here was amazing
Terrible customer service. Another Dunkin that doesn’t want to help anyone. They want you to use the kiosk.
I used the drive thru to get a coffee and bagel sandwich. The coffee was great but the bagel sandwich was the worse thing I have ever had. The egg and cheese were cold. I was patient and calm I would have been fine waiting one more minute if that meant an edible sandwich. I won’t be going back here again because I get this meal often and the other DD have never served me an ice cold sandwich before. If you just want a drink though they did good with my ice Carmel coffee so I was happy to have one item that I could consume.
