. Pre ordered....how can you not be ready after 15 minutes and be correct? Major location 1. Plain blank coffee not ready. Tried to give another order. 2. Out of donuts ordered and CANNOT refund So why use the app?? Unlike Starbucks which will credit if not available
Once again, I visit this location and they are trying to run things like Chick-fil-A. The employee is grabbing customers cards and walking with them in his hand multiple car lengths up to the pay window when I was sitting at the pay window I could read out an entire American Express credit card. This is a huge security risk to people’s personal information.
