I miss my old Dunkin', but I know times have to change. Donuts just are never feeling fresh any more. Guess the "time to make the donuts" guy doesn't really work anymore. My biggest issue here was my chai was probably half filled at best, and I saw someone else come up and complaint their cup wasn't very full either. Fill our cups!
I was asked, before handing my card over to pay, if I wanted to leave a tip. I declined as I feel asking for a tip is ridiculous, and I was a bartender for 2 decades. Upon my decline the employee was visibly annoyed. They proceeded to make the coffees and place them by the window, where they sat for several minutes. A second person finally came over to ask what I was waiting for and handed me the coffees that had been sitting there. And on top of all of this, not a single coffee was made correctly.
