Overall this place isn’t bad. Most of the employees are very sweet most of the time. I understand everyone has their bad days. My only issue is this is the second time in a row I have ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant with extra bacon and don’t get the extra bacon. That’s like $2 spent for no reason both times. I got a bacon egg and cheese on plain bagel the bagel was hard as a rock not easy to eat dunking has really lost their identity nowadays I paid 5.44 dollars for that I can get something way better and fresh for less I will not be going back to dunkin

I went to the store on 9/10 in the evening to purchase 2 pumpkin muffins. To my surprise when I open the bag the girl at the window gave my what looks like someone had eaten off one of the muffins and they were cold and soggy that they were easily breaking apart. This was very disappointing and disgusting. I hope yall will talk with the staff about food that looks like it shouldn't be sold.
