Poor customer service, no professionalism and honesty. I just want to buy food
I had a disappointing experience today. I went in to buy food after work, and I was told the oven was being cleaned and that they were about to close in 30 minutes. However, their posted closing time was still about an hour and a half away. When I tried to clarify, the staff member was rude and didn’t explain the situation clearly. I also attempted to call multiple times beforehand, but no one answered. This store is horrible 80% of the staff has a bad attitude the food is always burned and wrong. I truly rather take the drive to the one in Pines. This store needs serious management.
