The young hispanic girl that works in the mornings on some days is very rude and needs to go through customer service training. The manager that works in the morning on the other hand is always kind to her customers.
I ordered five glazed munchkin, donuts, and when I Opens the bag they are covered in this blue sticky frosting of sort that is just messy coding the donuts making them extremely hard to eat, but it’s also not what I ordered. This location has a ton of parking and a drive-through. It’s convenient to the hospital as well as other businesses in the area. I’m from Massachusetts where Dunkin’ originated, so used to top-tier Dunkin experience, the service here was quick and they made my coffee exactly how I wanted it. They offer specials and deals throughout the week and they also had merchandise on discount.
I was I there the other night and the lady named Noel was cussing customers out and talking bad about workers to the other workers while I was waiting for my food! I will not go back and I am reporting her to HR.
I was impressed with this location! I didn't have to wait long for my food! & I'm somewhat picky... lol so I asked if they could make sure my hot chocolate wasn't watered down (a lot of places makes it super watered down and it's disgusting) but they made it with no problem! My loaded hash browns was perfect with the amount of cheese they put on there (most DD are stingy with the queso sauce) & it had PLENTY bacon!
