Customer service here is horrible. You order ahead and go in to get it and it's usually not ready, but more annoying is being completely ignored everytime I go In to pick up sometimes up to 5 mins before they ever say hi. Alot of times they are just screwing off In the back. There are only 2 dudes that do good and don't make people wait a black gut with dreads and a short chubby guy that wears a hat. They both do great.
Fast but gross - ordered a meal and maple doughnut. They provided 5 soggy hashbrowns then dumped the doughnut maple side down; the bag got more frosting then me Careless & dissatisfying - done with Dunkin
Thought I’d try Dunkin again after over a year.. and didn’t disappoint. Coffee is always Burnt. Never made to order. Boston Crème? Just a reg donut no filling.
Place sucks they should shut this dumpster fire down. Every time I’ve gone there they forget something in my order absolutely horrible Dunkin’ Donuts the worst by far!
