Stopped in around 4pm. I said hello to the cashier to which there was no response, ok whatever, so I ordered an egg and bacon croissant. There was no one else in the shop so it did get prepared quickly. The woman who made the croissant comes out of the kitchen, snaps a bag open, shoves the croissant in and tosses it on the counter, then just slowly walks away. I come to this location all the time, never have I had such an issue before until today june17th 2025. I ordered two plain bagels with jelly. When I pulled to the window I was unlocking my card to make the payment via tap to pay and the cashier was impatient and rude. And I said ok please give me second im unlocking my card, when I got my bag I had 2 bagels and 2 tiny little jelly as pictured. The workers here are incredible. They surprised me this morning knowing my exact order going through the drive thru. Everything is always on point at this location 🫶🏼
I went in yesterday for the first time for a cup of water and was denied. The short lady with dreads exclaimed that i couldn’t get a free cup of water, i understand but she yelled at me when i asked nicely and then she laughed at me and said i had to pay $1.07 which is not a problem but the lack of professionalism is uncalled for. there was no explanation given, how do i know if this is a policy or just discrimination? i asked nicely for water (a necessity) and you yell no at me then laugh in my face and tell me i have to pa... read more
