This location is only good if the manager or the skinny white guy are working. Otherwise everything is a disaster. My coffee tasted like literal dirty water i had to spit it out and my sandwich was not even wrapped in the paper just thrown in the bag. I’ve given this place so many chances, and it’s very inconsistent so I feel like I’m throwing my money away. They really need to retrain the ladies working there, they don't care.
This was my first time having a negative experience at this location. On January 7th at approximately 2:15 p.m., from the moment I placed my order, I waited approximately 20 minutes in the drive-thru line with no way to exit. I had an excellent experience today at Dunkin Donuts. Nicole was so sweet and helped me pick out my order when I was being indecisive. She was so patient with me and will ofically recommend to location to everyone. 10/10 service!
