I have been a customer of Dunkin for over 50 years and loved their coffee, but now....what has happened to it? I had to go back and get a refund and they tried making it over and no, it was awful. It did not even smell like coffee. Apparently they no longer brew the coffee, they pull a lever, like coffee on tap or something, no longer out of a fresh brewed pot, right into your cup. This is very sad, now where can I get some coffee while on the road? I will have to just keep bringing a thermos.
The only thing was Boston cream doughnut was not fresh and hardly no cream inside.
great service!! the guy helping me was super kind!
Pickup option available but the doors are locked … order waisted
