I had a terrible customer service experience at this location today around 4:24 -4:26 pm. I went to order a drink and couldn't quite remember the name of it. Instead of being helpful, the female worker behind the counter snapped at me and said, "If you don't know, why would you think I would know?" It was completely unprovoked, incredibly rude, and left me feeling awful. I don't understand why someone with such a poor attitude is working in customer service. Management really needs to address this.
Terrible customer service and terrible timing . They always make me late for work.
This is the slowest Dunkin in the area. I was only 3 cars back and waited almost 20 min in the drive thru.
