Terrible service 2 people in line 35min for coffee and they all have an attitude . Terrible location
Horrible staff and the manager is nasty and horrible. Doesnt listen to customers at all. There was an issue and she did not listen. All she daid it was their policy, eventhough i have gotten the same item from the same location several times. This is the 2nd Dunkin Donuts in the area that has dissapointed us.
My wife orders the same item from every Dunking we ever go to. They didn't not give her the same item and when we told the manager she wouldn't listen. She said that it was policy. Very disappointed. Customer service does not exist in this location.
