I would give no stars at all, if I could and calling into customer service is no better. 1 guy and the girl there was so rude and dismissive. They lied about no manager being available, and customer service holds are ridiculous and Eric disconnected. I will never. Customer service here is null and void
Staff actually listens to your order here. It’s Dunkin so the food is what you expect from a toaster oven.
Arrived at 7:15 PM but they refused to take our coffee order, saying they were already closed, despite being open until 8 PM.
Always great latte and friendly staff. Typical Dunkin Donuts. Clean and modern.
