Completely UNWELCOMING, I walked inSIDE .and was told immediately drive thru only no reasoning No customers in store or drive thru i have kids, kids like to walk in and pick donuts out but we were rejected as soon as we entered Horrible customer service its 6:27pm daylight i don't understand why the doors are open if your not ready to be of service. HORRIBLE
I would avoid this Duncan at all cost. Customer service is rude. My husband and I placed an online order and we pulled into the parking lot to give employees time to make the drinks and we got to the drive-through. The lady told us not to park in her drive-through which we were not clearly one of the employees cannot read because nowhere in my order that I specify wanted zero sugar. The marshmallow Dunka latte is unsweet. It was messy at best.. to the employees there if you’re having a bad day, keep that mess to yourself.
Service is good and fast. Workers were polite and cheerful.
I get to drive thru order box and was upset with the lady that was on headset. She was rushing me to place my order and then proceeded to say “D***” over the speaker box. I then put in my other part of my order since we were ordering for two and she didn’t give me the option of ordering anything else. Gave me my total and said pull around. When I got to window I was greeted by a lady with glasses. She was short with me. She told me my payment, have payment, and was told to pull up immediately to the blue line.
