Awesome location and the staff is great!!!
I just left dunkin donut and purchased two coffees. After reaching home I started drinking the coffee and it tasted just like they gave me a cup of hot water with a drop of coffee. It was terrible. I know this location has the worst coffee and poor customer service, but l keep thinking maybe it's better today than yesterday. I used Dunkin Donuts on Clemson Rd. where there is good coffee and good service but it's a little distance from me. I need to be reimbursed for my coffees and trouble.
The manager that they have in this dunkin' donuts now is very disrespectful and nasty.. I came in there to get a small cup of coffee waited about 30 minutes then when I asked for it she stated she can give me a refund just rude is plenty more places I will go too never ever again
The snackin' bacon is my favorite. I like mine cooked hard.
Very poor customer service. I walked in the lobby at 6:28p. The young ladies, staring at me. I walked up to the counter to order. She stated that the lobby closes at 6:30p. I told her I walked from a nearby establishment. She just stood there then walked off. Somebody needs to be trained on customer service and the store needs something on the door stating the lobby closes at 6:30p
