I ordered a large Carmel Craze with extra caramel, and they didn't put any caramel drizzle in (picture). My mother ordered bacon, and it came heavily burnt. My father's order was fine. They didn't seem to speak English very well (nothing against that, I understand it fully, I just wish they used Google Translate or something when struggling with it). They seemed to mess up other people's orders as well, but based on the other reviews, it's entirely possible the employees were either new or just having an off/bad day.
My coffee is correct everytime and good customer service which is very rare nowadays
They push you through when you're not done ordering. They lie to you about what's in things.they cook things differently than we order them constantly
