Literally come here almost everyday and it's always been such a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, today when I came to pick up my order they accidentally gave me a iced latte instead of hot and I told the lady that it was supposed to be hot, and she was so rude about it. Her name was Brenda, a very rude person she was.
This location is literally shorting the customers compared to all other local Dunkins. Why is the coffee roll the same size as a donut?? It is half the size of coffee rolls from other local Dunkins. Why does your Snackin Bacon always have a few less strips of bacon compared to all the other local Dunkins?? Why are the glazed donuts lightly speckled with a tiny spread of watered-down glazing on just the top while all other local Dunkins have a visible layer of glazing covering the entire donut. This store is disgusting they have ROACHES everywhere. They have FLIES flying around the donuts. I would not recommend to go to this location I will definitely be reporting this to Florida Department of Health.
